SUPER DAY: THE LAST SUPPER
On this sacred evening, Jesus Christ gathered with His twelve disciples for what would be His last meal on earth. This was the night before His crucifixion, the night of ultimate love and profound sacrifice. In this moment, Jesus instituted the most sacred act of Christian worship—the communion, the breaking of bread, the sharing of the cup.
“Take, eat; this is my body which is broken for you. Do this in remembrance of me,” Jesus said. And then, offering the cup: “This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.” In this simple meal, Jesus revealed the ultimate purpose of His coming: to become the sacrifice for all humanity.
This was not merely a meal—it was a covenant. Jesus bound Himself eternally to His people through His blood. He made Himself accessible to us through this sacred act, inviting every believer to participate in the mystery of His redemption. Every time we break bread and drink wine, we are reminded of His love, His sacrifice, His promise to return.
On this Super Day, we remember Jesus’s humility as He washed the disciples’ feet—the King of Kings bending down to serve His servants. We remember His agony in the garden, sweating drops of blood as He prayed, “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.” We remember His perfect obedience even to death.
This is the day of preparation, the day of covenant, the day when Jesus showed us the height of His love and the depth of His commitment. He willingly walked toward the cross, knowing exactly what awaited Him, because His love for us was greater than His desire for self-preservation.
GOOD FRIDAY: THE DARKNESS OF THE CROSS
On this sacred day, we remember the pierced hands of Jesus Christ. He bore the weight of our sins, carrying the cross to Golgotha. The world became dark. The sky wept. And in that moment of ultimate sacrifice, death seemed to have victory.
Yet this darkness was not an ending—it was a doorway. Jesus descended into death, just as He ascended into heaven. His blood was spilled, not for His sins, but for ours. In His pierced hands lay redemption. In His shed blood lay salvation. The soldiers mocked Him. The religious leaders sneered at Him. Even His own disciples abandoned Him. Yet He did not come down from the cross, not because He could not, but because His love was greater than His pain.
“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do,” Jesus prayed from the cross. Even in agony, even facing death, His heart was focused on forgiveness and reconciliation. This is the heart of God—always reaching out, always seeking to restore, always willing to suffer so that others might be saved.
The cross stands as the ultimate symbol of His love and commitment to humanity. Every stripe on His back was payment for our freedom. Every thorn on His head was bearing our shame. Every nail in His hands and feet was an act of redemptive love. He became sin so that we might become righteous. He became cursed so that we might be blessed. He descended into hell so that we might ascend into heaven.
The seventh hour came, and darkness covered the entire land. Jesus cried out, “It is finished!” And with that cry, the veil of the temple was torn from top to bottom. The barrier between humanity and God was destroyed. Access to the Father was no longer restricted to priests and prophets—it was opened to all who would believe. Every person could now approach God directly through the blood of Christ.

On the third day, death could not hold Him. The stone was rolled away. The grave was empty. And from that empty tomb came LIGHT—eternal, unquenchable, victorious light. The angel proclaimed: “He is not here; He has risen, just as He said!”
This is the light that breaks darkness. This is the hope that conquers death. This is the love that saves souls. Jesus Christ rose from the dead, and with His resurrection came victory for all who believe. Every grave that death thought it had won was now robbed of its power. Every soul that believed in Jesus received eternal life.
The cross brought redemption. The resurrection brought victory. And now, every soul who opens their eyes to this truth is awakened from spiritual death into eternal life. We celebrate not just the historical resurrection of Jesus 2000 years ago, but the ongoing resurrection power that operates in the lives of all believers.
Jesus appeared to His disciples with a transformed body. He showed them His pierced hands and side. “Peace be with you,” He said. “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you. Receive the Holy Spirit.” With His resurrection came the gift of the Holy Spirit—the same spirit that now dwells in every believer, empowering us to overcome sin, overcome death, overcome the world.
From Super Day to Good Friday to Easter Sunday—this is the complete journey of redemption. Every stage was necessary. Every moment was part of God’s perfect plan to restore humanity to Himself. And the resurrection is God’s declaration that His plan is victorious, His love is eternal, and His power is greater than all the forces of darkness combined.

🍷 SUPER DAY – THE COVENANT
Jesus instituted the most sacred act of worship: communion. He took bread and wine, symbols of His body and blood, and gave them to His disciples. “Do this in remembrance of me,” He commanded. This was the moment when Jesus established the new covenant, sealing it with His own blood. He was saying: “My body will be broken for you. My blood will be shed for you. Through this sacrifice, I am binding myself to you eternally.”
✟ GOOD FRIDAY – THE SACRIFICE
Jesus took upon Himself the sins of the world. He descended into death so that we might live. His pierced hands and shed blood paid the price for our redemption. Darkness reigned for a moment, but it was the darkness before the dawn. Every religious system that came before was pointing to this moment—every sacrifice, every offering, every ritual was a shadow of the ultimate sacrifice of God’s own Son.
☀️ EASTER SUNDAY – THE RESURRECTION
Christ rose from the dead! Death could not hold Him. The grave is empty. The light has conquered the darkness. Every soul that believes in His resurrection is also resurrected—from spiritual death to eternal life, from darkness to light, from the dominion of hell to the inheritance of heaven. The resurrection is not just a past event; it is a present reality that transforms every believer.

Jesus is the Lord of Lords, the victorious King. His resurrection proves His power over death itself. His love proves His commitment to humanity. His teachings show us the way to live. His command and covenant bind us to eternal hope. His ascension into heaven means He is preparing a place for us. From beginning to forever, He reigns. Every believer participates in this victory. ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਦਿਨ ਤੇ, ਅਸੀਂ ਈਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੇ ਛਿੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਜ਼ਨ ਸਹਿਆ, ਸ਼ਲੀਪ ਨੂੰ ਗੋਲਗਾਥਾ ਤੱਕ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ। ਸੰਸਾਰ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਅਸਮਾਨ ਰੋਵੇ। ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਅੰਤਮ ਸਦਕਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੇ, ਮੌਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁਈ ਜਾਪੇ।
ਪਰ ਇਹ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ—ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਸੀ। ਈਸੂ ਮੌਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਰਿਆ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਬਹਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ, ਬਲਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਲਈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਛਿੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਏ ਗਏ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਵਰਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਬਹਿਨ ਮੇਰੀ ਈਮੈਨੁਏਲ ਜੋਸਫ ਦੀ ਸਾਖੀ
“ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਆਖਾਂ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੁਣਿਆ। ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਮੇਰੇ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਚ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਹੀਆਂ। ਮੇਰਾ ਖ਼ੁਦਾ, ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਖੀ ਹੋ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਚਿਆਊਤ ਨਾਮ ਲੱਭ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣੀ ਜੋ ਸਚ ਸੀ—ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ।”
“ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਛਿੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੱਥ ਦੇਖੇ, ਮੈਂ ਸਮਝ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਦਕਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ, ਬੇਕਸ਼, ਨਿਸਕਲੰਕ ਬਣਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁਨਰੁਤਥਾਨ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਮੌਤ ਕੋਈ ਜਿੱਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੀਮਾ ਬਣ ਗਈ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਤੋਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤੱਕ, ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਾਂ।”

ਈਸਟਰ ਰਵਿਵਾਰ: ਪੁਨਰੁਤਥਾਨ ਦੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ
ਤੀਜੇ ਦਿਨ, ਮੌਤ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਫੜ ਸਕੀ। ਪੱਥਰ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਕਬਰ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਕਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਿਆ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ—ਸਦਾਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਵਤ, ਨਿਸ਼ਕਰਾ, ਜਿੱਤ ਵਾਲੀ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ। ਸਵਰਗ ਦੂਤ ਨੇ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ: “ਉਹ ਇੱਥੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ; ਜੀ ਉੱਠ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ!”
ਇਹ ਉਹ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਉਹ ਆਸ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮੌਤ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਤਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਤਮਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਈਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਮਰੇ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜੀ ਉੱਠਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁਨਰੁਤਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੰਨਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਿੱਤ ਆਈ।

🍷 ਸੁਪਰ ਦਿਨ – ਨਾਮ
ਈਸੂ ਨੇ ਪੂਜਾ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ: ਸੰਘ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਰੋਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਾਖਮਰਾਈ ਲਈ, ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਦੇ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। “ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਅਜੇ ਇਹ ਕਰੋ,” ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਹ ਅਜੇ ਉਸ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਿਯਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਹਰ ਲਗਾਇਆ। ਉਹ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ: “ਮੇਰਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਟੁੱਟਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਮੇਰਾ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਬਹਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਸਦਕਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਨਾਲ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸਦਾਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਵਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।”
✟ ਗੁੱਡ ਫ੍ਰਾਈਡੇ – ਸਦਕਾ
ਈਸੂ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਪਰ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ। ਉਹ ਮੌਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਰਾ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਜੀ ਸਕੀਏ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਛਿੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੱਥ ਅਤੇ ਬਹਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਸਾਡੀ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਭਰ ਗਿਆ। ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੇ ਲਈ ਸਮ੍ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਲੱਗਾ, ਤੇ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਫਲ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀ।
☀️ ਈਸਟਰ ਰਵਿਵਾਰ – ਪੁਨਰੁਤਥਾਨ
ਮਸੀਹ ਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜੀ ਉੱਠਿਆ! ਮੌਤ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕੀ। ਕਬਰ ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਹੈ। ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਨੇ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁਨਰੁਤਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਆਤਮਕ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਾਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਵਤ ਜੀਵਨ ਤੱਕ ਪੁਨਰਜੀਵਿਤ ਹੁਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਤੱਕ, ਨਰਕ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਤੋਂ ਸਵਰਗ ਦੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਤੱਕ।
♾️ ਸਦਾਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਵਤ ਜਿੱਤ
ਈਸੂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਜਿੱਤ ਵਾਲਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁਨਰੁਤਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮੌਤ ਉਪਰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਬੱਧਤਾ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਮ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਦਾਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਵਤ ਆਸ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ। ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਤੋਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲਈ, ਉਹ ਸਮ੍ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਪ੍ਤਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਸੀਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਤਾ ਲਈ ਕਦੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ: ਈਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਦਾ ਸਦਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਨਰੁਤਥਾਨ।
ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਛਿੱਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਬਿਮਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਸੀ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਏ ਗਏ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਖੋਏ ਹੋਏ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁਨਰੁਤਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੰਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੌਤ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਤਦਾ ਹੈ।
