In this video Today I speak about faith—its form and its parts—through my personal experience. There is a place where everyone’s faith is tested: whether our faith is in God, in close people, or in relationships within society. All of us pass under the roof of one room of faith. That room is sickness, the fear of losing someone close, and the most emotionally painful days of life. In this room, every relationship is tested. I have entered this faith room many times. I truly believe that sickness and the fear of loss teach us more deeply than any other phase of life. In this room, we discover where true love and true peace exist, and where honesty, kindness, mercy, joy, and the fruit of the Spirit are found. When my mother became sick, everyone was afraid. Some people even appeared joyful, or quick to judge, saying sickness comes from retribution. At that time, I did not know Christ or the Bible, but I had faith in God. I believed that without God’s permission, not even a leaf can move. Naturally, my heart turned toward prayer. According to the faith I had then, I prayed, and my faith grew. I made a commitment before God that I would not turn away, and I would continue seeking Him until I heard about my mother’s health. I sowed faith, and from God I received honesty, hope, joy, and love. I felt deeply that God was listening. Later, when my family and I faced sickness ourselves, people judged again. But I learned that such people can become teachers. Through their words, either we correct our character or build qualities that draw us closer to God. Wisdom often speaks through discomfort. By listening, we begin to recognize our own character. This understanding aligns with what Paul taught—that God has written His law in the hearts and conduct of Gentile people. Through reflection, if you recognize yourself and remain innocent, that itself becomes the greatest assurance. When you know your character, you do not fear the future, shame, or people. When I was a Gentile, I never trusted those who chose money over God’s path. I believed God can change everything in a moment, even before a word is spoken. When a future teller once demanded money to change disgrace into honor, my inner voice responded: if money can change destiny, then who is God? I refused. I knew that when you know yourself, no word can trap or harm you. Since childhood, I believed God is treasure. He does not need money from humans; He desires honesty, obedience, and sincerity of life. Later, when I came to Christ and read the Bible, I recognized my entire life through Scripture. Isaiah 43:13 confirmed my faith—that no one can snatch us from God’s hand. I recognize that my faith is not in people, but in God, and in the character God has built within me. This is my life experience, not philosophy. Many times in life we enter this faith room of sickness and pain, where everyone becomes a learner. I learned that only God can turn pain into joy—not people, not words, not rituals. Through this journey, we learn who truly stands with us and who leaves. True relationships are not only those by birth, but those who remain during suffering. There is one faith that never fails, and that faith is God. I thank God for this learning. Only God saves and gives us the power to recognize pure relationships. I pray that God gives this power to all of you, in the name of Jesus Christ. May His presence remain with you in every room of life, whether joy or pain. Amen.
